Your Data and AI Agents

Connect AI sits between your AI agents or applications and your enterprise data sources. Here are the details about how your data flows through Connect AI: When an AI agent or integration makes a request through Connect AI, the query result is processed and returned directly to the agent. That query and query result may be stored temporarily within Connect AI for processing, for up to 24 hours. CData does not use, and does not authorize our service providers to use your data to train AI models. CData does not share your data with other Connect AI customers. You control what your agents can access through the access policies you configure within Connect AI. Connect AI is configured to enforce those policies as it executes your requests.

Data Retention

CData keeps account and configuration data associated with your license for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after expiration or termination of your subscription. After that time, your data is deleted. CData retains query logs associated with your account for 60 days, audit logs for 6 months, and detailed log files are kept for 7 days. If you delete your account, your data is purged within 30 days of the date of deletion. You can delete your account and manually purge all data yourself from within the Connect AI dashboard at any time.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the intake form on the CData website. If you are in the EU or UK and believe your privacy rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
